A part of the process in getting the mortgage company to approve the loan for FHA is that I have the roof certified by a roofing company. “We were unfortunate this last September to be hit with a huge hail storm. The storm destroyed our gutters, house paint and our brand new 3 month old roof. Fortunately we were able to use Craig for all of our repairs. Craig and Glen came out right away to meet with us about the process and how to get things taken care of with the insurance adjuster.

Actually Craig came out personally to meet the adjuster to make sure that everything went smoothly. From that point on the whole process was amazing.
